I am a true Alabamian, born and raised in Talladega (about an hour east of Birmingham, where cars drive very fast :-), I moved to Birmingham in 1997 as a television meteorologist. After doing that for nearly 20 years, I saw a growing need in the downtown community and UAB. It amazed me how students, residence, doctors, nurses, faculty, etc...would move to UAB and not know anything about where to live and what properties were available. On this idea, I created this website and left my television career to become a full-time Realtor in 2015.
In 2022, my business continued to grow beyond my expectations so I decided to form a team. Josh Kirk became the first agent as part of Richard Jacks Associates.
